Asian Ginger Salad Dressing (Pareve)

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons minced celery or parsley
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until the ginger is pureed and you have a smooth dressing. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
