At Lopaus Point we make the most delicious small batch waffles. Our company is named after where our founder, Stacie, grew up on the coast of Maine. Her most fond childhood memories are those spent with her mother, Eva, in their Lopaus Point kitchen. She recalls picking wild blueberries in the summer, canning fresh garden vegetables for the long winter ahead and the smell of the salty ocean air on Lopaus Point. The name Lopaus Point is a tribute to the love they shared for one another and the joy that came from cooking together.
Our handmade waffles are made in small batches and are flash frozen shortly after being produced. This ensures a fresher tasting product. Using only the finest ingredients we craft waffles that are crispy outside and fluffy inside. Our flavors include The Original, Wild Blueberry, Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Spice, and our two limited batch recipes, Confetti and Strawberry. Lopaus Point gives customers the taste of homemade with the convenience of toast and serve.
Our waffles are prepared in our GFCO certified facility that is dedicated to only gluten free production.
Of the 9 major allergens, as defined by the FDA, our facility processes and our waffles contain 2 allergens: Egg and Almond (tree nut).
Our founder’s family has been impacted by both food allergies and intolerances. We take both very seriously.
At Lopaus Point, we felt the next logical step would be to become kosher certified. We are proud to partner with OU, the world’s largest and most widely recognized kosher certification agency. We want our product to be accessible to many people, regardless of dietary or religious restrictions.
