Green and Yellow Squash
This recipe is kosher for Passover.
Green and Yellow Squash Pareve

4 to 6 servings

Ingredients
  • 3 small zucchini
  • 2 small yellow squash
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • ¼ lb. mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Slice squashes, onion and mushrooms.
  2. Heat 3 Tablespoons of oil in frying pan, add garlic, vegetables, salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté, stirring frequently until just tender (about 10 minutes).
