- 3 small zucchini
- 2 small yellow squash
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- ¼ lb. mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slice squashes, onion and mushrooms.
- Heat 3 Tablespoons of oil in frying pan, add garlic, vegetables, salt and pepper.
- Sauté, stirring frequently until just tender (about 10 minutes).
