Great with a fresh raspberries or strawberries.
- 4 eggs
- 1½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup cocoa
- 4 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 10 pieces of Challah or French bread (thinly-sliced)
- In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, cocoa, sugar, almond extract and vanilla and process to combine.
- Pour mixture over bread and soak well.
- In a lightly greased pan, fry bread until browned on both sides.
