Great with a fresh raspberries or strawberries.
1 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup cocoa
4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
10 pieces of Challah or French bread (thin sliced)
Mix in blender combine the eggs, milk, cocoa, sugar, almond extract and vanilla and process to combine. Soak bread well. Fry until browned on both sides in lightly greased pan.
