Brown Sugar Frosting
This recipe is kosher for Passover.
Brown Sugar Frosting Eileen Goltz | Pareve or Dairy

1 cup

  • 12 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons milk or nondairy substitute
  • 6 Tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (or a little more depending on the consistency you want)

  1. Place the brown sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan and boil for minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in the powdered sugar. Let cool, then beat until smooth.
