Always ready, always delicious! It\u2019s a great egg-free snack that you can munch on while you&#8217;re prepping dinner for chol hamoed or catching up on some reading on Yom Tov afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>KP EF\u00a0 Pareve<br \/>\nYields 8-10 pieces<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00bd cups Rorie\u2019s grain free flour or extra fine almond flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup melted coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup pure maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0 tsp pure vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd cups chocolate chips, divided<\/li>\n<li>Maldon salt, for garnish(optional)<br \/>\n*All ingredients must be kosher for Passover<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, mix together flour, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth<\/li>\n<li>Fold in half the chocolate chips.<\/li>\n<li>Place cookie dough on prepared baking sheet; spread over the baking sheet, using your hands to form the bark.<\/li>\n<li>Freeze for 5-10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>While bark chills, melt remaining chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.<\/li>\n<li>Pour melted chocolate across the bark. Top with Maldon salt, if desired.
