The Only Bean was founded in 2017 with a mission to unlock the potential of beans through innovative food products that are healthy, delicious, and sustainable. We use all natural, organic, non-GMO, plant-based, and gluten-free beans to create better-for-you products. Our current product line is pasta made 100% from beans and packed with 3x the protein, 6x the fiber, and less than half the carbs of traditional pasta.

Our focus around beans comes from its exceptional nutrition benefits, sustainability, and potential to be implemented into a diverse range of food products. Beans are one of the best sources of plant-based protein that contains all of the essential amino acids. They’re high in fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and much more. In addition to being an excellent source of nutrition, beans are one of the only plants that enrich soil during it’s growing process, making it one of the most sustainable crops.
