Shrock LLC dba Grandpa’s Kitchen

Grandpa’s Kitchen is owned and operated by the Shrock family in Utah. When five members of their family were diagnosed with Celiac Disease they tried a variety of gluten-free products, but found it an unsatisfactory experience. They began to experiment with gluten-free flour mixtures and were able to create a delicious Bread/Pizza Crust Mix and a Baking Flour Blend that makes baking easy and delicious. This inspired them to launch Grandpa’s Kitchen.
