Rumble is an all-natural, nutritionally-balanced supershake, created in Victoria, BC. With 20 grams of protein, 5 grams of fibre, and 2500mg of Omega-3s, it packs passion, science, and premium ingredients into each carton.

The Rumble Story

Rumble was first created by founder Paul, who has a genetic lung disease called Cystic Fibrosis. Living with this disease, Paul had a need for optimal nutrition and was struggling to find a tasty, nourishing drink, powered by natural goodness.

After a visit to his local natural grocer confirmed there was nothing available that checked all the boxes, he knew he was onto something – so Paul laced up his apron and fired up the blender to boost his own wellbeing.

On the journey to bring the product to market, Paul’s health deteriorated to the point that he required oxygen 24/7, and was ultimately forced to undergo a life-saving double lung transplant.

Just one year after the operation, Paul completed the 140KM Tour de Victoria in honour of his donor. Not long after, Paul and his co-founders were thrilled to finally make Rumble available for everyone at grocery stores across Canada.

Today, Paul’s personal quest has turned into something pretty special – an opportunity to bring healthy, hunger-beating alternatives to all people who share his appetite for life.

Rumble for Every Body

Rumble is a nourishing drink for everybody and every body. This is why, from the very beginning, it was essential to Paul and the team that Rumble products be as inclusive as possible.

It took months of back-and-forth to perfect the recipes, and then many more months to work with their production partners to end up with the supershake they have today – a drink that is.

Certified Gluten-Free, soy-free, 99.7% lactose-free, non-GMO, fairtrade, and OU Kosher.

For Rumble, the OU Kosher symbol isn’t just a bullet point, or a selling feature – it’s a symbol of Rumble’s mission to give everyone access to quality nutrition. Every year, Rumble gives away 1% of its profits to incredible Canadian charities working to relieve hunger. They also give away their drinks – to food banks, non-profits, athletic competitions, and community organizations. Wherever Rumble is found, the OU Kosher symbol says, “this drink was made for you, too.”
