ECC (The Egyptian Canning Company, Americana Olives) was established in Egypt in 1997. ECC is considered one of the most successful export focused companies, capitalizing on one of Egypt’s most important crops – olives. ECC produces two types of Olives in different sizes, pouches, cans and jars; Spanish style green olives (whole, sliced, pitted & stuffed) as well as California style black olives (Whole, sliced & pitted) E.C.C is also produce olive oil and artichokes.
ECC has obtained ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP certificates in 2003 and is approved by the FDA in addition to its OU kosher certification.
