DEUX is a functional food brand, creating the snacks you want with the ingredients you deserve! We believe you shouldn’t need to choose between taste and health. We believe in efficiency – we make our products with simple, high-quality ingredients AND boosts of your essential vitamins and supplements. We partner with a naturopathic doctor to determine the most impactful ingredients for each of our products. With her help, we enhance each serving of melty, gooey, delicious cookie dough with supplements, so you can feel good about what you’re eating.

Our founder grew up eating Kraft Mac & Cheese and Oreos in her dad’s gas station. She loved the iconic (and delicious) brands but wanted to build something that was flipped for the modern consumer – a snack that is better for you and makes you feel good. Fast forward to Covid, she was taking fistfuls of supplements and was wondering if there was a way she could counteract pill fatigue and make a cookie dough bite that would be a “pill in a cookie” – this eventually evolved into making functional cookie doughs. Aside from vegan and gluten free cookie doughs (that didn’t taste great) there weren’t any that had added functional benefits so expanding into this space felt like an opportunity to stand out. She flipped her favorite nostalgic dessert, took out the bad stuff, and added in good stuff.

For DEUX, being certified OU Kosher was important from the beginning. We strive to make our delicious snacks accessible to as many people as possible and particularly people with dietary restrictions and preferences. We’re proud to be a part of tradition, culture, and dietary observances.
