Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes—chopped
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the tomatoes according to the manufactures directions. Bake on white bread setting and add the tomatoes after the first kneading cycle. Makes 1 loaf.
