Quick and Easy Matzah Balls

Ingredients

4 eggs
Matzah Meal
1 tsp salt
Pepper Garlic powder
Drop of selzer
Chopped parsley (optional)
Chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

Whip eggs until foamy. Add seasonings.

Pour in enough matzah meal to make stiff.

Wet hands. Shape into balls and drop into 3 quarts boiling salted water. Cook for 20 minutes.
