Passover Kugel Recipes

Eileen Goltz | Not Listed

Let’s face it, ya gotta serve kugel at some point during Pesach. It’s inevitable, sort of like having leftovers after the Seder. While most of us have a tried and true, never fail recipe that you make year after year after year after year every once in a while it’s good to shake up the menu and try something just a little bit different.

While the definition of kugel is (and this is loosely translated from the original yiddish) food that your bubby say you have to try just a little of and that sits in your stomach taking 8 days the following recipes are all just a little tastier than your average kugel (although not necessarily lighter).
