This recipe is kosher for passover

Mixed Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients


2 medium sweet potatoes
2 medium whole potatoes
½ cup milk or to make PARVE use
parve milk or 1 beaten egg
2 tbs butter or margarine
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Peel and dice both kinds of potatoes.  Put in pot, add 1 tsp salt, cover with water and bring to a boil.  Cook for about 20 minutes or until soft.  Drain well.  Add milk butter , salt and pepper.  Mash well.  May be whipped food in food processor. 

Can be dairy – or pareve, when using non-dairy options
