Honey Roasted Peanutty Cole Slaw

Ingredients

2 cups shredded white cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
2 cups grated carrot
3 cups chopped celery
1/3 cup drained crush pineapple
2/3 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ready made sweet & sour salad dressing
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts, chopped


Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, celery, and pineapple. Mix in the yogurt, peanut butter and salad dressing. Before serving, mix in the salted peanuts. Makes 8 servings.
