Grapefruit Vinaigrette Dressing (pareve)

Ingredients

1 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1/3 cup vinegar
4 tablespoons water
2 garlic cloves; crushed
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon parsley sprigs
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper


Instructions

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake until well mixed. Store in refrigerator. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
