Pesach Spinach Kugel (pareve)

From the caterers Paula Levine Weinstein and Julie Komerofsky Remer This Spinach Kugel is the perfect dish to serve for Sabbath meals during the week of Passover. Insect prone vegetables, are not made permissible by the freezing process. These vegetables should only be purchased when bearing proper certification. Uncertified frozen varieties such as asparagus, broccoli and spinach are most difficult to check thoroughly. They are therefore not recommended.

Easy Fruit Matzo Kugel (pareve or dairy)

Farfel can be substituted for the matzo. I like the cherry jam but I have use apricot and strawberry as well.

This is a great pareve dessert (you can add ice cream or frozen yogurt) but by adding regular yogurt it makes a great breakfast.

Great breakfast for someone who wants fruit with a little crunch.

Broiled Peaches with Raspberry (dairy)

Raspberries (and Blackberries) are often extremely infested. They are nearly impossible to clean without ruining the fruit. Proper inspection of these berries requires exceptional patience.
