Instructions
Cook onion and brown sugar in oil in small saucepan over medium heat until onion is tender, about 10 minutes. Add remaining oil, horseradish, water and pepper and continue cooking over medium heat 3 to
4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool thoroughly before adding beef.

Serving Size
Makes about 3/4 cup of marinade. Great for beef and poultry. This recipe can be doubled or tripled
