Ingredients2 turkey thighs (or drumsticks) 2 - 3 lbs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In a 9 X 13 glass baking dish, place turkey thighs skin side up. Sprinkle with paprika and arrange onion slices over turkey. In a small bowl, combine orange juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and parsley; mix well. Pour sauce evenly over turkey; cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours until thighs are tender and juices run clear when tested with a knife. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Size
Makes 4 servings. This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
