Ingredients6 anchovy fillets (well rinsed and drained) 1 clove crushed garlic

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. You and double or triple this recipe. It will keep, covered tightly for up to a week.
Serving Size
This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
Notes
My great friend Nancy (from Chicago) found this fish sauce recipe when I couldn't find any fish sauce with certification. My stomach and my family are eternally grateful.
