Ingredients1 lb frozen sweet corn kernels

Instructions
Put the corn into a saucepan with 2 tablespoon water and simmer for a few minutes until tender. Drain the corn and put into a food processor. Process until soft but not too smooth. In a saucepan, blend the cornstarch smoothly with the cream. Add the sweet corn mixture and cook over a low heat until smooth. Pour the mixture into a fondue pot, season with salt, pepper and Tabasco, then beat in the butter. Set the pot over a low burner to keep warm. Serve with the cut up veggies and bread chunks.

Serves 4.
