Ingredients

Instructions
Peel potatoes. Grate in food processor or on hand grater. Heat oil in small frying pan and sauté onions and celery until browned. Put eggs and potatoes in a bowl. Add onion mixture, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stuff chicken or bake in greased casserole separately at same temperature as chicken, spooning some chicken liquid over stuffing as it bakes.

Serves 6.
