Ingredients1 lb onion, sliced

Instructions
Brown onion in hot oil. Add wine, water and bouillon powder. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer about ½ hour. If using for dairy, you may sprinkle each bowl of soup with grated cheese.
Serving Size
Serves 6 – 8.
