Ingredients4 to 5 cups cooked turkey pulled into shreds

Instructions
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of lettuce decorated with the chopped green onions and the mandarin oranges.
Serving Size
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Notes
*You may want to add more honey for a sweeter salad.
