Ingredients1 pound Swiss cheese, grated

Instructions
In a large bowl combine both cheeses, flour, nutmeg, and white pepper and toss to coat. Bring 1 cup wine and garlic to simmer in a heavy large saucepan over low heat. Add the cheese mixture by handfuls, whisking continually until melted and smooth after each addition. Mix in more wine by tablespoonfuls until you reach the desired consistency. Transfer the cheese mixture to fondue pot. Set fondue over candle or sterno. Serve fondue with bread chunks.
Serving Size
Serves 8 to 10 as appetizers.
