Instructions
Cut fish in 1 inch cubes. Put lemon juice, garlic powder and salt in bowl . Mix salt. Add fish cubes Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Drain fish. Thread fish and vegetables on skewer. (If using wooden ones, soak in water for a few minutes first) Broil about five minutes first, turn and broil another five minuets. If you do not have skewers, place all ingredients on foil in broiler pan and broil.

Serves 6 - 8.
