Brown Sugar Frosting (dairy or pareve)

Ingredients 12 tablespoon brown sugar 4 tablespoon milk or non dairy substitute 6 tablespoon butter or margarine 1 cup powdered sugar (or a little more depending on the consistency you want)

Instructions

Place the brown sugar, milk and butter one in a saucepan and boil for minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in the powdered sugar. Let cool, then beat until smooth. Makes 1 cup
