Tomato Onion Quiche (dairy)

1 partially baked pie shell
2 cups shredded cheese (1 cup cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella)
3 tomatoes, sliced thin
1/2 cup onion, sliced thin
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
cracked pepper to taste
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350.  Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on bottom of pie shell. Layer the tomatoes and onions over cheese. Sprinkle the basil, garlic salt, and pepper on top of the tomatoes. In a bowl beat together the eggs and milk and pour the mixture gently over the tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top and bake 45 to 50 minutes.
