Toasted Pecan Fruit Spread (dairy)
Contributed by Eileen Goltz1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons apple juice
1/2 cup chopped apples and chopped seedless grapes
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Toasted whole pecans
Mix together first 3 ingredients. Stir in fruit and nuts. Top with whole nuts. Spread on cracker or bagels. Makes 2 cups.
