Teriyaki Marinade

1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Makes about 3/4 cup of marinade. Great for beef and poultry. This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
