Sweet Mango Slaw (pareve)

1 pound shredded cabbage or coleslaw blend
1 to 2 mangos, peeled, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoon cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place cabbage, mango, bell pepper and green onion in a large bowl. In another bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, vinegar and salt and pepper. Add to the vegetables and toss well to coat. Serves 6 to 8. Best served within 2 hours of making
