Stir-Fried Nectarines (pareve)

2 teaspoons olive oil
1 to 1 1/2 lbs Chinese pea pods
?2 to 3 nectarines, sliced
Heat the oil in a skillet. When the oil is hot add the pea pods and nectarines. Stir frequently for 2-3 minutes until the pea pods are tender crisp and the nectarines are warm.
