Rye Caraway Bread For The Bread Machine (dairy)

1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 1/2 cups bread flour
3/4 cup rye flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon caraway seed
2 3/4 teaspoons regular dry yeast or 2 1/2 teaspoons quick-acting dry yeast

Combine all the ingredients according to the manufactures directions. The Caraway seed may be omitted for seedless rye bread. Bake on Whole Wheat Bread cycle. Makes 1 loaf.
