Red Wine Marinade
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring until well blended. Makes about 3/4 cup of marinade. Great for beef and poultry. This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
