Raspberry Lime Pie (dairy)

1/2 can lime juice
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 graham cracker pie crust, baked and cooled
Raspberries and fresh mint leaves for garnish
In a bow combine the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice (mixture will thicken). Gently fold in the raspberries. Spoon the filling into the prepared pie crust. Chill for at least 1 hour. Top with whipped topping and serve. Serves 8
