Pretzel Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup pareve margarine, melted
2 Tablespoon prepared horseradish or mustard, as desired
1 cup crushed pretzel sticks
2 Tablespoon flour
2 Tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl combine the margarine and horseradish or mustard. In another bowl combine the crushed pretzels, flour and parsley. Dip the chicken into margarine mixture, and then roll it in the crushed pretzel mixture to coat. Bake bakes at 400 for 18-24 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear when pierced with knife.
