ORIENTAL DIPPING SAUCE

1/3 cup dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 teaspoon sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup rice vinegar
3 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili oil

Combine all ingredients and let stand 10 minutes to blend. Serve with egg rolls or chicken strips. Suggested dippers: miniature egg rolls or chicken wings or strips
