Nuts And Honey Chicken

1/4 cup pareve margarine, melted
2 Tablespoon honey
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400. Combine the margarine and honey in shallow pan and mix well.  Ina other bowl combine the peanuts, corn flakes, thyme and salt.  Dip the chicken in margarine mixture, and then roll them in the crumb mixture to coat. Bake for 18-24 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear when pierced with knife.
