LEMON HERBED TURKEY BREAST (meat)
1 (2 to 3) lb turkey breast
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoon rosemary
2 teaspoon oregano 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
3 teaspoons garlic, minced
Take the turkey breast out of wrapping and netting, and rinse under cold water; pat dry. Place turkey breast in crock pot Mix all the ingredients except the turkey breast in a bowl and mix to combine. Place the turkey (skin-side down) in Crock Pot, pour the sauce over and cook, covered on low 6 to 8 hours. You don’t have to but, basting turkey does help with keeping in moist.
