Italian Cheese Ball (dairy)
Contributed by Eileen Goltz1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 envelope Italian style dry salad dressing mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or more)
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into a ball, and then chill for at least 2 hours. Serves 10 to 12.
