Hot Tex Mex Dip
Contributed by Eileen Goltz1 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
1 14 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup mild salsa
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/3 cup sliced black olives
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large Pyrex bowl and cook for at least 1 hour. You can keep it in the oven for up to 2 hours if you reduce the temperature to 300. Serves 8 to 10.
