CREAMY RED PEPPER DIP (dairy)

1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped 1 red pepper seeded and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

In the bowl of an electric mixer combine all the ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Suggested dippers: veggies and chips
