Citrus Berry Smoothie (Dairy or Pareve)

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen boysenberries
3 oranges, peeled and sectioned
3 to 4 tablespoons yogurt, rice or soy milk or milk

Instructions:

If using frozen berries thaw first. Blend thawed blueberries, boysenberries and oranges. Use ice or yogurt or milk to thin. Serves 2.
