CHEATER CORN SOUFFLÉ (dairy or pareve)
2 (15.25 ounce) cans whole kernel corn
2 (15 ounce) cans creamed corn
4 tablespoons white sugar 4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons milk or non dairy creamer
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine the corn, creamed corn, sugar, flour, milk and eggs. Mix well. Pour the soufflé mixture into a greased 3 quart baking dish or bowl. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until set. This recipe doesn’t puff the way a traditional soufflé does because of the weight of the corn in the recipe. Serve immediately.
