Buttermilk Garlic Dressing (dairy)

1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon chopped green onions with tops
1 to 2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine the mayonnaise and buttermilk in a screw-top jar. Cover and shake until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and shake until well combined. Makes 1 cup.
