Basil Peach Vinaigrette (pareve)

1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon seeded, finely minced jalapeno pepper
Combine all the ingredients in bowl of a food processor or blender; process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes approx. 1 1/4 cups.
