Baked Ruben Dip (dairy)
Contributed by Eileen Goltz.1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup drained sauerkraut
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoon minced onion
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup fake bacon bits
1/2 to 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in oven proof glass bowl. Mix to combine. Cover and bake 30 minutes then uncover the dip and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the top is golden.
