Kirkeby's OU-certified Sol brand Danablu cheese is a well-known specialty product, marked by a strong, distinct aromatic flavor, and its Sol brand Feta cheese features a salty aromatic flavor. These products have been produced by Kirkeby Cheese under the Sol label since 1970.
