B.C. Bundt, Inc. began production in 1986, specializing in the baking of bundt cakes. The company expanded into numerous size and weight categories.
The company has grown, including facilities in Alabama, Pennsylvania, and Utah, with the corporate office in Florida. The growth includes product line expansion to sliced bar cakes, parfaits, and branded products. The branded products include a line of Jelly Belly™ cakes, including: Blueberry, Strawberry Cheesecake, Tutti-Fruitti, and Very Cherry.
B.C. Bundt has added a line of Jelly Belly™ branded cakes to their production line. The current flavors for the 24 ounce half cakes include: Blueberry, Strawberry Cheesecake, Tutti-Fruitti, and Very Cherry Jelly Belly™ Cake.
